Thank you for your interest in the Wicker Outlet LLC. In over 30 years of business, we have a loyal following of repeat customers who appreciate the value and service Wicker Outlet LLC provides. We've found a successful business relationship includes a full understanding of our Policies. Before placing an order, please read through this section carefully. PAYMENTS 

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, bank/certified check, money order or wire transfer. A bank/certified check or money order should be mailed to:

INITIAL DEPOSIT
Any order under $1000.00 requires payment in full at the time the order is placed.  Orders over $1000.00 require a 50% deposit. If mailing a deposit, please send a bank/certified check or money order.  We also accept wire transfers. After we receive your deposit, you will be sent an invoice including Policies and Warranties, via email, verifying your order and terms with Wicker Outlet LLC. 

FINISH/FABRIC CHANGE
If you need to reselect a fabric/finish/item(s); decide to change any part of your order; or move in another direction; your initial deposit remains until the new fabric/finish/item(s) have been chosen. The original deposit will then be applied to the new order.

ORDER PLACEMENT
Once you place your order, on the following day, we will send a confirmation email.  This confirms your initial verbal agreement and acknowledges your order is correct and that you agree to the Policies and Warranties terms and conditions.

If your furniture is being delivered by an In Home Delivery Company, you will receive a Customer Release email outlining the process to follow at the time of your
delivery.  It is important that you inspect your furniture and note any damage or flaws.

FINAL PAYMENT
Your balance is due at the time your order has shipped.  "Shipped" is defined as once it leaves the manufacturer, prior to an appointment with the trucking company, and before the actual delivery. If a portion of your order has shipped, you will be charged a partial balance for those items that have left the manufacturer. After delivery, if you have any problems such as damaged merchandise, or any other issues etc., your order remains paid in full. There are no exceptions.

INTEREST CHARGES
Under no circumstances will Wicker Outlet LLC be responsible for any interest charges due on your credit card while your merchandise remains paid in full.  THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

SALES TAX
New Jersey residents only, 7% sales tax. For shipments outside NJ, the buyer is subject to the rules and regulations set forth by the state in which they live and are solely responsible for paying any taxes imposed by that state.

POLICIES

When you use "This Website", you agree to the terms and conditions herein and the specified terms mentioned in the individual product descriptions. "This Website" is that named domain seen in the Address Bar of your browser and when you click here, the home page of "This Website" is identified. In particular, purchasing and shipping products that are on this site creates an agreement between you (the buyer), and "This Website."  The agreement also includes the restrictions of individual manufacturers who govern their own policies.

EXCHANGES ONLY/NO REFUNDS
Exchanges can be made for other merchandise. There are NO REFUNDS.  This does not apply to FABRIC ONLY orders.  Fabric orders are a FINAL SALE THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS AND NO REFUNDS.

If an item(s) is damaged during shipment, or has a manufacturer defect, item(s) will be replaced at no cost to you. SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE 30% MANUFACTURERS RESTOCKING FEE AND FOR THE SHIPPING CHARGES TO AND FROM THE ORIGINAL DESTINATION (SHIPPING CHARGES CAN BE AS MUCH AS 20% OF YOUR TOTAL ORDER, EACH WAY). Exchanged merchandise must be in the original carton(s)/packing material(s).  Exchanges must be within 30 days from date the item(s) have shipped from manufacturer based on tracking # information. After 30 days, item(s) are a final sale.  There are NO EXCHANGES and NO REFUNDS. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

PLEASE NOTE:  BRAXTON CULLER will NOT accept any EXCHANGES or RETURNS under any circumstances UNLESS ITEM(s) IS DEFECTIVE AND/OR DAMAGED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.  Please check with our Sales Consultant(s) at the time you are placing your order to determine which manufacturer  you are purchasing. 

CANCELLATIONS
ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE THE FABRIC(S) HAVE BEEN CUT, PRODUCTION HAS BEEN SCHEDULED AND/OR THE MERCHANDISE HAS SHIPPED. "SHIPPED" IS DEFINED AS ONCE IT LEAVES THE MANUFACTURER, PRIOR TO AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE TRUCKING COMPANY, AND BEFORE DELIVERY. ANY CANCELLATIONS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL SHIPPING CHARGES TO AND FROM YOUR LOCATION (SHIPPING CHARGES CAN BE AS MUCH AS 20% OF YOUR TOTAL ORDER, EACH WAY).  IN ADDITION, THERE IS A 30% RESTOCKING FEE.  THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Prior to production being scheduled or merchandise being shipped, an order may be cancelled.  You must notify Wicker Outlet LLC in writing if you wish to cancel your order. Otherwise, your order will still be considered current.  THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

ROOM SPECIFICATIONS
Please check on room dimensions, staircase width, door entries and other measurements in your space to assure that your home can accommodate the furniture. We are not responsible should the furniture not fit or you have overbought for your area.  Wicker Outlet LLC will not issue a refund or accept returned merchandise.  THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.   

MERCHANDISE DIMENSIONS
Inside and outside measurements of items are always approximate. Both Indoor and Outdoor Wicker/Rattan are "handcrafted, individually made pieces." Therefore, no two items are exactly the same, nor will any piece(s) have exactly the same measurements.  Once you receive your delivery, measure your item(s) for proper dimensions for items such as mattresses and glass.   Do not have glass cut for tables or purchase mattresses for beds/daybeds until you have received your furniture. Measure for the size of TV/Stereo/CD player space, etc.; size of drawers in any piece; or depth for hangers in wardrobes, etc. once merchandise has been received.

DELIVERY

ORDER TIMING
We rely on information given to us by the manufacturer on timing of an order. Our products are imported from overseas.  We encourage our customers to place orders as quickly as possible to avoid delays. We strongly recommend that you do not sell/give away your current furniture in anticipation of a pending furniture delivery. Please do not plan the anticipated delivery of your furniture around a particular date, i.e. a party, holiday, or the need for furniture for renters, etc. Since 9/11/01, deliveries from overseas can be delayed due to Home Land Security checking containers for dangerous cargo.

We have estimated the delivery timing for you when you placed your order. However, we are only as good as the information given to us from the manufacturers. When we give you the time frame up front, it is still possible that this timing can change at any time. Your order could arrive sooner or later than the time frame we quoted when you placed your order.  When your invoice indicates your order ships as soon as it is ready; it will ship as soon as it is completed, regardless of the original timing information you were provided.  You must be prepared to accept delivery at anytime. See Storage Charges for additional information.

On orders that involve fabric, deliveries can sometimes take up to approximately 6 to 12 weeks. On orders without fabric, deliveries can sometimes take up to approximately 4 to 8 weeks. Many of our manufacturers close for up to two weeks during the July 4th and Christmas holiday period.  If your order timing falls within the time frame of either of these holidays, you need to add additional weeks to the estimated time of delivery we have quoted.

Please check with us regarding your specific order timing. When we give you the time frame up front, it is still possible that this timing can change at any time. Orders are shipped complete.  There are no backorders and/or split shipments.. We do not notify you of any backorders or out of stocks that may cause a delay in timing.  If you authorize Wicker Outlet LLC to backorder and/or split ship item(s), you must pay for shipping on backorders and/or split ship item(s).  Original item(s) will ship free of charge (if applicable).  When your order is complete, we notify the trucking company  to pick the order up at the manufacturer.

Wicker Outlet LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MANUFACTURERS OR SHIPMENT/DELIVERY DELAYS/PROBLEMS. FREIGHT/DELIVERY CHARGES AND PRICES FOR MERCHANDISE ARE NOT DISCOUNTED DUE TO MANUFACTURER OR SHIPMENT/DELIVERY DELAYS/PROBLEMS.

DELIVERY DATES/ADDRESS CHANGES/TIMING RESTRICTIONS
You are responsible to notify us of any changes in delivery address, timing restrictions for your  delivery, or any other changes that may affect the delivery of your merchandise. It is your responsibility to notify us ASAP of any changes; otherwise your order will remain as originally documented. This will insure that we can accommodate your specific circumstances.

ORDER DELIVERY
SOME OF OUR MANUFACTURERS DO OFFER IN-HOME DELIVERY.  PLEASE CHECK WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER. Otherwise, merchandise is delivered as a self service delivery.  This means the trucker MAY bring the merchandise to the front of your premises but they are only obligated to deliver to the curb.  THEY WILL NOT BRING THE DELIVERY INTO YOUR HOME/BUSINESS.

The trucking company only delivers Monday thru Friday. The trucking company's local terminal will contact you for an appointment when it arrives in your area. Your appointment time and date may be subject to change before and during the time frame you are expected to receive your merchandise.  WHEN THE LOCAL TERMINAL CALLS, ASK FOR THE NAME OF THE PERSON; THE NAME OF THE TRUCKING COMPANY; THEIR PHONE NUMBER AND THE PRO NUMBER (IDENTIFICATION NUMBER FOR THE SHIPMENT). This information will be helpful if you need to contact the trucker.  If you are located on a street where access is difficult or you would require a smaller vehicle, please alert the terminal of your special needs at the time you are making your appointment.

You should get a call from the local terminal in approximately 5 to 7 business days.  If you do not hear from the trucking company in 8 to 10 business days, please contact us. If your appointment time has passed and the trucker has not delivered your merchandise, please contact them and keep in touch with the terminal regarding delays in delivery.
Accessibility to your home must be within 100’ of truck.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXTRA CHARGES TO GET THE FURNITURE TO YOUR HOME SHOULD A SMALLER TRUCK BE WARRANTED.  YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SPECIAL CHARGES SET BY GATED COMMUNITIES, FERRY SERVICES, ETC. WE DO NOT DELIVER INTO APARTMENTS OR SUITES.

AT THE TIME YOU MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH THE LOCAL TERMINAL, IF YOU AUTHORIZE THE TRUCKER TO PERFORM ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES (LIFT GATE, IN HOME, ETC.) BEYOND WHAT WICKER OUTLET LLC OFFERS, OR YOU CHANGE THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER THE ORDER HAS SHIPPED, THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR THOSE SERVICES BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.

THE TRUCKING COMPANY DOES NOT CONNECT HEADBOARDS TO YOUR EXISTING BED FRAMES.  THEY DO NOT HANG ITEMS ON YOUR WALLS IN YOUR HOME, i.e., MIRRORS, ETC.  THEY WILL NOT REMOVE/DISPOSE OF ANY FURNITURE CURRENTLY IN YOUR HOME. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

YOU CANNOT AUTHORIZE TRUCKER TO LEAVE MERCHANDISE WITHOUT A SIGNATURE.  ALL ITEMS MUST BE SIGNED FOR BY THE CUSTOMER, OR A REPRESENTATIVE AUTHORIZED BY THE CUSTOMER. IF YOU CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR DELIVERY WITHIN 48 HOURS, STORAGE CHARGES MAY BE BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.

Please keep a copy of receipt with damages/shortages noted for your records.  The trucking company pays for the replacement piece and for the freight to get the
item(s) to you ONLY IF YOU NOTE IT ON THE RECEIPT. Contact Wicker Outlet LLC as soon as possible to let us know you have received damaged merchandise. We encourage you to open the boxes while the driver is present since it is easier at that time to note a damaged piece and refuse it.  If the driver does not allow you to open the boxes, please sign for the delivery and note on the receipt SUBJECT TO INSPECTION
You must open the boxes immediately. Contact us if you have any damages.

PLEASE CALL US DURING OUR BUSINESS HOURS:  MONDAY - FRIDAY, 9AM TO 5PM IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS.

DAMAGE/POTENTIAL DAMAGE
When box(es) arrive by UPS or FedEx, please sign and open merchandise IMMEDIATELY. When you sign for a package(s), without any further written comment, you are accepting that the merchandise arrived in good condition. Sometimes box(es) are left outside on your doorstep. If any item(s)are damaged once opened and inspected, please contact Wicker Outlet LLC as soon as possible.
 
If your merchandise arrives by Common Carrier, you are responsible for determining whether (1) the box(es) are damaged or (2) if the product(s) inside are damaged. Often boxes appear damaged on the outside, but the products, which are carefully packed for shipping by the manufacturer(s), are fine inside and vice versa.  In all cases, open boxes IMMEDIATELY and carefully inspect for damage.  If you find damage, notify "THIS WEBSITE" IMMEDIATELY.  IF YOU DECIDE TO DELAY OPENING YOUR BOXES OR SET UP/ASSEMBLE YOUR FURNITURE FOR ANY REASON(S), WICKER OUTLET LLC AND/OR THE MANUFACTURER(S)/TRUCKER(S) WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES.

All manufacturers request photo(s) of damaged piece(s) prior to sending replacement. Photos must be forwarded to Wicker Outlet LLC within two weeks after receipt of item(s) for a repair or replacement.  If we do not receive photos within the specified time, we will not contact you or follow up, since it is your responsibility to send and confirm with Wicker Outlet LLC that we have received your photo(s). After two weeks, neither Wicker Outlet LLC nor the manufacturer will be responsible for correcting any issues/problems at any time in the future, since photos were not provided in a timely manner.  THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

When there is damage, the manufacturer has the option of making repair(s) as their first attempt to restore furniture to its original condition, if possible, before replacement would be recommended.

If glass is broken, we will provide you with glass specifications to have glass cut locally.  Wicker Outlet LLC will reimburse you for the total cost of the glass.  Once delivered, any claims must be made within 2 to 5 business days, or Wicker Outlet LLC and the delivery service are not responsible.

IF YOU DECIDE TO KEEP AN ITEM(S) TO REPAIR RATHER THAN REFUSING THE MERCHANDISE, WICKER OUTLET LLC DOES NOT REIMBURSE YOU FOR TIME SPENT/MATERIALS USED TO MAKE THE REPAIR, UNLESS THE REPAIR IS PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED BY WICKER OUTLET LLC.  REPLACEMENT PIECES ARE SHIPPED AT NO COST TO YOU.

SHIPMENT OUTSIDE THE U.S. BY FREIGHT FORWARDERS
For items that are shipped outside the continental U.S. by you, Wicker Outlet LLC is not responsible for any damages if the box(es) are not inspected in the U.S. prior to being loaded onto containers and/or for delivery to locations outside the U.S. (i.e. Caribbean, Mexico, Hawaii, Outer US Islands, etc). In addition, furniture may require additional boxing, packing and wrapping for transport by container.  Please check with Freight Forwarder to determine if this is necessary.
 If you receive damaged piece(s) and you already have an appointment scheduled for a freight forwarder to take your merchandise out of the country, we do not pay for freight forwarding charges and/or expenses to cross boarders such as taxes, duties, etc. If you are unsure of how to handle a delivery, please contact us for further clarification or questions.

HANDLING OF MERCHANDISE
It is very important that merchandise boxes are opened and inspected for damages before signing that you have accepted the freight.  
Have someone there to help you if you are receiving large pieces.  If you receive the wrong item, please refuse the piece. If item that has cushions is damaged, please refuse the frame and KEEP the cushions. If item is a table with glass, please refuse ONLY the portion that is damaged. If someone else is accepting for your delivery, make sure they know what pieces you are getting. Please be aware that if the correct item(s) is refused and sent back to the manufacturer, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges going back to the manufacturer and then charges returning the correct item(s) back to you. 

You cannot keep damaged item(s) to use temporarily for any reason (i.e. party, holiday, etc.) rather than returning for replacement or repair.  If you do, you will be subject to shipping charges for the new items.

If any merchandise is damaged, do not accept it and have the trucking company take it back. Damaged or defective furniture must be returned to the trucker for inspection before a replacement can be made. Make sure you sign for the correct number of pieces you have accepted.  To refuse an item, please mark clearly on the freight bill the number of items you have accepted and any items you have refused and the reason why (i.e. glass broken or leg damaged. 

The delivery driver must wait while you inspect. If the driver does not agree to wait, note on the delivery receipt "Subject to Inspection". ALSO, NOTE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT before you sign your name, if the box shows any signs of damage on the outside.  In such a case, if you suspect damage, note your concerns on the delivery slip, insist the package be opened for inspection outside, and if the driver refuses, write it down on his delivery slip and get a copy. In all damage or potential damage cases, in order to support any potential claim for damages, you must OPEN BOXES IMMEDIATELY AND notify  "This Website" within 2 to 5 business days by phone or email.

CARDBOARD/PACKING MATERIAL
The DOT (Department of Transportation) does not allow any trucking company to transport discarded cardboard and/or packing material.

HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS/FURNITURE VARIATIONS
Wood, Wicker and Rattan are handcrafted with natural raw materials. Splits, flaws and irregularities are to be expected and are not considered damaged merchandise. The wood, wicker and rattan used in your furniture reflect variations commonly found in nature.  This wood, wicker and rattan have been selected to give each piece a unique look.  No two pieces are alike. You should expect to see differences in grain pattern, coloration and imperfections as Mother Nature intended.

The fabrics our manufacturers use can also vary in color and cannot be guaranteed to match from fabric to fabric or from piece to piece. In addition, many item(s) do have leg risers on the bottom of pieces that may need to be adjusted to even out the legs. Wicker Outlet LLC is not responsible for discrepancies in fabric shading(s), furniture finish(es) or furniture variation(s).

PRODUCT & ASSEMBLY SAFETY
"This Website" neither designs, manufactures or ships any of the products offered or sold on this site, and as such, makes no representation or guarantee about the safety of these products, or, in the case of self-assembled items, about whether purchasers who receive such products will properly and safely assemble these items. Table bases are manufactured to hold only glass, stone, etc. tops that are sold with them.  Any other table top or glass size is not warranted or guaranteed by "This Website" or the manufacturer.  Product and assembly safety is solely and exclusively the province and responsibility of the manufacturer, the purchaser, and the shipper.  Any suspected damage in shipping must be noted at the time a shipment is received with the shipper, and as stated above, must be described to "This Website" within 2 to 5 business days.  Assuming that the suspected damage may create a potential safety hazard, we advise that you do not use the product. Product assembly must be done exactly in conformance with the Manufacturer's written instructions, and if offered, the Manufacturer's telephone assistance.

Children's furniture must be used with special care to safety issues, and these and other potentially dangerous products MUST NOT BE USED WITHOUT FULLY READING THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS THAT WILL COME DELIVERED WITH THOSE PRODUCTS.  IF THERE ARE NO EXPLICIT WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ASSEMBLE OR USE ANY PRODUCT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THEM.  "This Website" will obtain any missing instructions or warnings.

E-MAIL COMMUNICATION/INVOICE VERIFICATION
Emails do not constitute an order.  Invoices sent to you by Wicker Outlet LLC showing a deposit are considered an order.  To insure your order is correct, we ask that you open your invoice IMMEDIATELY and check it VERY CAREFULLY.  Please be certain that all style numbers, items, fabric(s) and finish(es) are correct.  We attach a copy to your email of the appropriate item(s) and fabric(s)/finish(es) (if appropriate) to verify your order.

Please contact Wicker Outlet LLC IMMEDIATELY if you have any questions or if there are any discrepancies on your order.  Otherwise, Wicker Outlet LLC will consider it CORRECT and will order and ship the items as shown on the receipt.

SHOP AT HOME PROGRAM
Fabric and Finish Samples are available to view on our site for each item. Click onto "VIEW FABRIC SAMPLES" and/or "VIEW FINISH CHOICES". To borrow an actual fabric/finish sample(s), Wicker Outlet LLC has a "SHOP AT HOME PROGRAM" for customers making fabric and finish choices.  Fabrics and finishes are best chosen by seeing a "real" sample(s) in the room.  You can visualize the colors/patterns of a fabric and tone of a finish by having the fabric and/or finish sample(s) forwarded directly to your home. 

A $25.00 refundable charge can be placed on your credit card, along with $10.00 for priority shipping and handling. If you choose to have your fabric/finish sample(s) sent by FedEx Overnight, you can either give us your FedEx Account Number or we will charge your credit card the $25.00 deposit plus $50.00 for FedEx Overnight shipping and handling. In either case, your $25.00 will be refunded when you return the fabric(s) and/or finish(es) whether you place an order or not. 

You are responsible for postage to return fabrics/finishes to Wicker Outlet LLC.  For every month you keep the fabrics/finishes, we will place an additional $25.00 charge on your credit card until the fabrics are returned. If fabric/finish samples are not returned within 3 months, the original $25.00 charge will not be refunded.

Wicker Outlet LLC provides pictures of the fabric/finish samples for your convenience. These samples are representative of  the fabrics/finishes.  Not every part of a fabric (i.e. flowers, birds, etc.) may be present on the sample on our site or on the actual samples. These fabric/finish sample colors will vary due to the scanning process and differences in color monitors. We do make every effort to insure that our fabric/finish samples are accurately represented, but in some cases, variations may be dramatic, particularly on the solid fabrics/finishes.  If the fabric/finish is not what you expected when you receive your merchandise, these items cannot be returned. For these reasons, we strongly recommend our "Shop at Home" program to obtain actual samples of the fabrics/finishes, to assure that you are getting the print/color/texture you expect from your fabric/finish.

Since we are lending these sample(s) to customers everyday, Wicker Outlet LLC requests that you only keep fabric(s)/finish(es) for a few days. If your remove fabrics from the rack, PLEASE put them back in number sequence and return as quickly as possible. In all cases, we can only send up to 10 fabrics.

REPAIRS/REPLACEMENTS
For any repairs or replacements on wicker/rattan/wood furniture frames, cushions, cushion covers, foam, or any part of an item(s), that will be paid for by the customer, the only method of payment would be bank or certified check or wire transfer.  Credit cards will not be accepted for these transactions. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

STORAGE CHARGES
For those manufacturers offering self service delivery, storage charges will apply if, for whatever reason, you are not able to accept your delivery.  THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

For those manufacturers offering in home delivery, they allow month of receipt plus one additional month of storage at no charge.  For example, an order arriving anytime during the month of October could be stored until November 30th with no charges.  If the order is still at the delivery facility as of December 1 and no delivery appointment has been set up, then storage fees would be billed.  Starting December 1, storage charges would not be incurred if a customer has a confirmed delivery appointment.  Storage fees of $20.00 per piece per month are billed on the first day of each month, and charges will be placed on your credit card.

CUSTOMER PICK UP
In some cases, customers may pick up at a manufacturer or a delivery service.  If item(s) are picked up, your signature releases the manufacturer, delivery service and Wicker Outlet LLC from being responsible for any defects or damages. Once picked up, you will be transporting merchandise at your own risk.

COLOR & TEXTURES 
Once you receive your order you wave any claim due to dissatisfaction with the product fabrics, textures, finishes, and grains.  When items are selected from different series, collections, or manufacturers, the varying species and points of origin will result in the finish(es) possibly blending together, but not matching. We strongly recommend you review samples of actual fabric(s) or finish(es) before ordering.  When a manufacturer does not supply samples, and you are unsure of colors and textures, "This Website" cannot guarantee that furniture will match photo representation on "This Website". However, it should be noted that these samples are
representative of the furniture finish so the final product may be different in color, texture and top (i.e. coating – glossy vs. matt finish).

MATCH UP WITH PREVIOUSLY ORDERED ITEM(S)
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that any item(s) ordered now will match item(s), fabric and finish you already have purchased.  Previous items can be different dye lots from one order/shipment to the next.  Piece(s) cannot be returned if items do not match with items you already have.  THERE ARE NOT EXCEPTIONS.

FURNITURE SELECTION
Wicker Outlet will be happy to make suggestions if you solicit help regarding fabric(s) and finish(es). However, Wicker Outlet is not responsible for your dissatisfaction with the choices you make regarding fabric(s), finish(es) or furniture style(s).  You are responsible for the FINAL decision.

OUTDOOR FABRICS ON INDOOR ITEMS
Some manufacturers of our products will not warrant outdoor fabrics being used on indoor item(s). We will need to confirm that you are aware of the non-warranted application of outdoor fabric for indoor use.  To proceed with an order, in some cases, customers will be required to sign, date and return a waiver.  Your order will not be placed in production until we receive your reply.

SEAT & TABLE HEIGHTS
On products where the height is critical, posted heights may vary plus or minus 1-2 inches from that described on the product, based on manufacturer variations, and may be slightly higher or lower based on the composition.  Also, while "This Website" may provide guidance in making seat and table height determinations, you are entirely responsible for accurately measuring your precise height needs, which are based not only on standard determinations, but also on the intended product user(s).

COM ORDERS (CUSTOMERS OWN MATERIAL)
Item(s) are not discounted if you provide your own fabric. If you send excess fabric, the fabric is not returned to you. It is discarded by the manufacturer. For orders that you provide your own fabric, the fabric must be sent directly to the manufacturer at your expense.  You must send your fabric via UPS, FedEx or regular mail with a Delivery Confirmation, signature and tracking number.  Package should be insured for the full value of your fabric plus shipping/handling.

PRICES
Wicker Outlet LLC makes every effort to continually update our site.  Occasionally, market conditions force us to adjust our prices.  We reserve the right to adjust prices at the time you place your order. Any cancellations after your order has shipped, you will be responsible for the full shipping charges to and from your location back to the manufacturer.  THERE ARE NOT EXCEPTIONS.

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE,  SITE INACCURACIES, ERRORS, DISCONTINUATIONS
"This Website" may have prices, descriptions and text that are not accurate because of typographical/photographic errors or changes not yet reflected in the product descriptions that appear on the site. We are not responsible for descriptive, typographical, or photographic errors. The product colors and finishes shown on our website may vary due to the scanning process and differences in color monitors.
